Adding a New Ratings System

LearnCenter comes with a default 5-star rating system, which you can use with the Ratings and Reviews feature. You cannot edit or delete this 5-Star rating, but you can add your own rating system with the naming conventions and values that suit your organization's needs. On the Control Panel:

  1. Click on the Tools menu to expand it.
  2. Click Ratings.

  1. Click Add Rating.
  2. Type a Name for the rating system.
  3. Type a Description for the rating system.
  4. Click Add Rating Value to add the first value for the new rating system. Additional fields display.

  1. Type a Name, Value, and Description for the rating. For example, you might type "Good", "1", and "Good rating".
  2. Click Add Rating Value again to add another Name, Value, and Description for the rating.
  3. When you are finished adding Rating Values, click Save. You have added a new ratings system.
