Adding a New Ratings System
LearnCenter comes with a default 5-star rating system, which you can use with the Ratings and Reviews feature. You cannot edit or delete this 5-Star rating, but you can add your own rating system with the naming conventions and values that suit your organization's needs. On the Control Panel:
- Click on the Tools menu to expand it.
- Click Ratings.
- Click Add Rating.
- Type a Name for the rating system.
- Type a Description for the rating system.
- Click Add Rating Value to add the first value for the new rating system. Additional fields display.
- Type a Name, Value, and Description for the rating. For example, you might type "Good", "1", and "Good rating".
- Click Add Rating Value again to add another Name, Value, and Description for the rating.
- When you are finished adding Rating Values, click Save. You have added a new ratings system.
